SHRM Sarasota Sponsorship

SHRM Sarasota has sponsorship and marketing opportunities for vendors and advocates wanting to target HR professionals in Sarasota and Manatee counties and surrounding areas.

Corporate Sponsorship - $1500

Included in this package:

• Double sided table stand at each table during the monthly program throughout the year
• Logo on the slide deck that will run before the monthly meeting
• SHRM Sarasota President will verbally recognize the Corporate Sponsors at each event
• Social media recognition
• Each month SHRM Sarasota's Communication Director will recognize or feature a corporate sponsor for recognition
• Corporate sponsorship recognition of SHRM Sarasota's website
• 5 minutes presentation before one of the monthly meetings throughout the year, no competing companies offered the same spot
• SHRM Sarasota is limiting the corporate sponsors to 12 and will not have competing companies
• SHRM Sarasota Membership to Corporate sponsors that qualify for membership or 4 breakfast or lunch monthly meeting passes
• First right of refusal for renewal

The annual cost for Corporate sponsorship is $1,500

Monthly Meeting Sponsorship - $500

 Included in this package:

• Five (5) minute sales presentation at the beginning of the meeting
• Company profile in meeting announcement
• Distribution of promotional material at the meeting and opportunity to display products/services
• Attendee business card collection, if presenting a door prize
• Two complimentary meals for sponsor representatives

The cost is $500 per meeting.

Annual Conference Speaker Spotlight Sponsor - $2,500

 Included in this package:

• Event Table in Main Event Room
• Floor banner / stand in Main Event Room (Sponsor provided)
• Promo item at each place setting (Sponsor provided)
• 5 minute presentation plus Speaker introduction
• Full page ad in our event program
• Logo on all marketing / publicity materials, including emails
• Place on Vendor Bingo Card drawing
• Four (4) complimentary meals for sponsor representatives

Annual Conference Enhanced Table Sponsor - $1,200

 Included in this package:

• Event Table in Vendor Area
• Floor banner / stand in Vendor Area (Sponsor provided)
