In today’s competitive landscape, many organizations build their strategies around products, processes, and profits—yet overlook the most vital driver of success: people. While Sales, Accounting, and Operations often take center stage, Human Resources is too frequently treated as a support function rather than a strategic powerhouse.    But here’s the truth: HR isn’t just about hiring and compliance—it’s about influence, alignment, and unlocking performance. When companies lead with HR, they don’t just manage talent—they mobilize it.    This workshop is designed for those who want to elevate their impact by integrating HR into the core of business strategy. You’ll learn how to amplify your leadership presence, communicate with clarity and authority, and shape a talent strategy that drives measurable results.   Friday, October 24, 2025 Location: Carlisle Inn      Registration & Networking at 7:30AM Program Begins at 8AM
